About Us

It began as Georgia Tech college best friends and couples. After careers in corporate companies and boutique firms, Jim and Paige Ruhl and Derek and Ann Welch moved to the Lake Oconee to launch DreamBuilt. The perfect combination and compliment to one another, Paige leads the architectural planning, Ann coordinates selections and oversees the accounting while Jim and Derek provide estimating and scheduling, and are on your jobsite every day overseeing the entire building process.
